do canadian dealers honor this tsb?

 

Yep, it's a different TSB number up here, but they do. I had it done on my '01.

 

so a tsb can only be done when the car is still under warranty ? or can it be done whenever?

 

I was under the impression that a TSB had something to do with a safety issue (Technical safet bulletin???). When I had my clutch done the car was still under warranty and th dealership said it really wasn't a TSB...just fixing a problem. So, if that is the case you may find yourself out of luck if the car isn't still under warranty.
