Default has anybody tried this

noticing that the rear wheel fender inner lip's paint is starting to show wear. took a closer look and thought about ordering the black rubber that is on the front half of the lip for the rear half. about $18.50 each. i don't understand why honda did the front half only. if not has anybody used something else that works and doesn't look out of place.

Kedo...great question. Mann...great link.

Here's a vote for XViper's suggestion; remove the trim piece altogether and 3M the affected area. That clear film will prevent the rock chips, thereby inhibiting dust. Kedo, if you already have exposed metal might not be a bad idea to clean and paint first before applying the 3M film.
