HEY WOODSON, THIS BUDS FOR YOU!
With all this talk on the forum from time to time about installing neons ON, IN and UNDER our S2000's, I decided to conduct another "xviper" experiment.
I installed fluorescent tubes (you know, the ones in your kitchen ceiling) in as many places ON, IN, and UNDER my car possible to see what kind of effect I could generate. I did the "Red Green" duct tape thing and put a couple under the front bumper, a couple more under the back bumper, a couple more under each rocker panel, two under my rear spoiler, along the lower edge of my rear window sill, the front windshield sill, up along each "A" pillar, across the top of the windshield. Not to be EVER outdone, I put one on each side edge of the hood, another one along the leading edge of the hood, duct taped another one on each door at the base of the windows and 6 more spaced out evenly along the top of the soft top. For mood, a couple went into the grill opening. PLUS, I used a bunch (about 32 in all) of those "curly cue" fluorescent bulbs all over the interior. Now, for the "Piece de Resistance" - I wired all this to a high powered transformer and in the trunk, I have a 10,000 watt gas powered generator. I estimate this setup puts out about 50,000 candle power. I gotta tell ya boys, this thing going down the street at night really grabs the chicks. It's a real head turner! Funny thing though, when I get to someplace and look behind me, there's a trail of dead bugs - LOTS & lots of dead bugs. I took a picture of it all "gussied" up in my garage but I think with the garage door closed, I couldn't get quite far enough away from it to get a good photo but here, take a look anyway.
