The thing is, I don't know how long those U.S. prices have been there. From talking to people down there, it didn't sound like it was a recent increase. It may very well have been up there for quite some time, so I would necessarily worry about it till it happens and even when it happens, there's little we can do about it anyway.Oh and by the way, 91 Octane went as high as $2.70/gallon here in the SF Bay.
I just filled up my mbz and it cost me $45 for the full tank.
$2.27 a gallon US isn't that bad. That converts out to be $0.76 a litre which is cheaper than what we are paying now! When I drove to Chicago in the middle of february i bought premium fuel for anywhere from $2.06-2.25 US a gallon which is only $0.69-0.75 a litre, which is pretty cheap for premium. Last time i checked premium was $0.89 a litre here which converts to $2.70 US a gallon!

Also, keep in mind that Imperial Gallon (Canada) is bigger than US Gallon.
