Default Spring tune-up - your plan?

This Sat I am doing a full tuneup and wondered what other people are doing for the annual doctor appointment?

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Oil - Quaker 5-50 "horsepower"
Gear - motormaster 75-90
Tranny - GM synchromesh
DOT 4 synthetic
new front bleed screws with a full bleed
Rad flush
Sparkplugs - stock
Engine treatment - RESTORE
fuel injector clean
Air filter clean
Suspension toothbrush - a must for coilovers
general greasing

And pretty much a full general inspection

= $188.90 in fluids and parts

I did my full poly bushing install, and spent some time dialing in the ride height. Alignment on Monday. Nothing else planned, other than routine maintenance when it arises. MTF and diff fluids are pretty fresh in my car, did them last spring and summer.

All I did was drive the car out of the parkade and rinse the dust off...

Flush and replace all fluids.
New alignment (still dialing in a good autocross alignment)
A good coat of wax so those pesky cone marks come off easily
Five sets of tires to get me through the summer

i have only run either 0w-40 or 5w-50.... no problems thus far.

Seems to. I did it last year and the car idled smoother and seemed to rev cleaner.
