Hey guys,
my ap1 front bumper came as standard with the false side vents and grille with a plastic number plate backing plate.
I decided I want an Ap2 bumper but not for at least 6 months so in the mean time I thought I would tidy up the bumper and personalize it.
I'm sure it won't be to everyone's taste but you can drop your opinions and give some feedback. Its not 100% perfect but it will do for the next 6 months and I'm happy for now

I swapped the full size number plate for a 3/4 size from (Fancy Plates)
and I cut out the false vents and the grill with my multi tool mini saw.

P.S All the bolts were rusted and had to drill out three Phillips screws as they were rounded lol
The upside to this is that now the bumper has all new fresh nuts and bolts!

 

Looks pretty good. I actually like the lack of grille. Never noticed it before really.

 

You motivated me to do the same...always hated the "faux" vents anyway.
