Ap2 Mugen Style Lip on AP1
From what I can gather the Mugen style Ap2 Lip only uses bolts on the underside of the bumper. I myself own an Ap1 and none of the ap2s in my town are driving around with a Mugen or Mugen Style lip.
I found a picture in a form and function thread that appears to be what I am trying to do. (If this is not a ap2 mugen style, does anyone know what it is?)
I would be grateful for any feed back or thoughts. Pictures of ap2s with Mugen lips from the underside, or mounting locations of a mugen style lip.
Thank you much.

I think it looks great on AP1, mounting point is central between the scoops, but you can virtually add mounts where you like, especially if its a urethane replica. Have a look at Evasive Motorsports web page and you'll see one off the car, from this you'll be able to tell how easily this will fit to AP1.

test fit it on my car a while back.. it does not easily bolt up to the AP1 bumper... and looks better on the AP2 IMO

I agree it looks really good on the Ap1, I have both the Ap1 front and Ap2 front as well as the rears, and I can never decide which one I like better, however I want the Mugen ap2 lip on the ap1 bumper and I either want the amuse r1 style front lip for the ap2 or the CR front lip. still so many decisions. From what I've understood and read which I have read alot about it, it's not a direct bolt up and you do have to drill holes to get it to fit, however if installed correctly it looks sick, I had the picture at the top as my background for along time because i like the look so much
Even on my ap2 it didn't line perfectly up. I also drilled some holes bc it was just harder to access where they wanted it bolted up. Its all plastic so you shouldn't have a problem. Expect about 2 hours taking your time. Bolt up the 2 sides then prop up the middle, I used my belly, then just drill and bolt up.
i didn't like the hardware either so I had to make a run to Home Depot for replacements.

I believe it was 8bolts out of the 9 that have been predrilled will fit directly only 1 of the middle front ones will not have anything to line up to and the furthest left and right holes you will have to drill your own hole into the bumper. I took one of those silver clips (not sure what it's called ) that the under panel gets drilled into and shoved those into the sides so I I wouldn't have to use a nut (makes the whole install easier
