Baking headlights
Nah what ya'll want is Butyl Windshield sealant tape. its the exact same material Honda and most every other manufacturer else uses to seal up headlights. the best part is that its cheap and you can find it in most auto parts stores. when i resealed my AP1s i would just cut a little piece, roll it out, and press it into the groove on the headlight housing, then pop them back in the oven (to soften it up) and press back together as S2ka said.
silicone i don't recommend because it makes taking the headlights a PITA in the future. if you check all of your perimeter using butyl tape you won't have any issues with moisture or condensation.

http://www.ricks2k.com/ <--They sell clear and smoked diffusers.
BTW page eight of their lens installation guide describes how they have baked the assembly prior to separating it.
