Crack in paint over right rear wheel arch
About a month ago I purchased a 04 S2000 with ~50k miles on it. It is in great shape - no door dings, and the paint was flawless aside from some rock chips. I jacked up the rear of the car today to fix a rattle (it turned out that the last guy didn't bolt down the brake line retaining clip, causing it to rattle over big bumps), and when I let it down I found this:
Needless to say I'm not too happy about it. Any ideas on why it happened, and how to fix it?

I put the jack under the rear jack point, enough to get the right rear wheel off the ground. I have done this many many times with my CRX, and never had any issues.
I doubt he tried to roll the fenders, the car is completely stock. There were a few rock chips along the arch, which the crack connected. I wonder if there was a dent in that area that he had paintless-ly dent removed, but left the paint cracked. Whatever the reason, I think I'm going to have to have it professionally fixed >:0. From my first month of experience, the paint on these cars is very thin and isn't very good...
