Cracks and cloudiness in CF hood

I have a carbon fiber hood that has cracks and cloudiness where the cracks are. I have read several posts, that were old or not enough info. I wanted to know what the right way to fix this. Thanks all

if the hood is less than $1,000, buy a new one, the cost to repair it (if possible) will be too much. You can paint it as a less expensive fix, sand, fill, primer, paint.
