Default Dents in Uncommon Places

I have 2 dents in my car in rather unusual locations. One is on the driver's front fender, on the thin edge surrounding the wheel well. The other is below the passenger side door, near the rear jack point. How would you remove dents in these places?

I'm not sure if it's really uncommon but I've seen it a lot I would cover it with something side skirt or maybe side strakes

Contact a PDR, paintless dent repair facility. They are able to work wonders on damaged cars.

Yeah, I looked into that. It would be much cheaper to have the dent removed. I don't really like most side skirts/strakes.

I'll probably end up doing that but I wanted to see if I could do it myself. If I can get behind the dents I should be able to pop them out. I just wonder if there's an easier way than removing the wheel well.
