Does this indicate my car has been resprayed?
Unless its an absolutely pristine super low mileage example I'm not sure what it matters that the car was resprayed. Having all VIN tags in place tells me that the car has had at worst extremely minor damage. If you drive these cars they get rock chips and rash, its low to the ground and its quite easy to get the front really chipped up. I had a tangle with a truck tire a few years ago and my entire front end was resprayed, all VINs intact. I can promise my car looks far better after than before, even if it was more "original".
Whether you agree with it or not, it does affect the perceived value for some buyers, whether its super low mileage car or not (mine is 93k miles). Its why people ask about the 10 VINs all the time, about spray and body work, doing checks for bondo, carfax, etc. And the more information I have, the better for me and potential buyers.
