Default Driver's Side Door Latch

I am the original owner of a MY 2000 S2000 with 46,000 miles on it and over the 11 years I have owned it, it has been bullet proof. Now, the driver's side door latch, which is fastened to the body with two Philip"s Head screws, has been working itself loose every couple of days.

Any suggestions on how to secure the latch other than tightening it every couple of days? Anybody else run into this issue?

Thanks.

Wow, I've never heard of those screws backing themselves out. Have they been removed on purpose before? It's possible that the threads on one or both of the screws are stripped (or the hole itself is). Might try some Loctite on them.
