It'll fit just fine....the hoods never changed in all the years....

 

Ok, cuz When I asked my local honda dealer about it they said the hoods have different part numbers.

But, when I asked about the trunk they were the same

Hi, can you tell me did you just need to buy the 04 light units from honda or did you need any other parts in the conversion? Going to rder them just want to make sure I order everything first time round!! looks immense!!! What I mean is do you need any other new bulbs, brackets etc from Honda except the casings and the metal brackets you fabricated?

yes, if you are going to do it the way I am then all you need is the headlights. If you want to make it A LOT easier then buy the 04 ballasts also. I think hardtopguy.com sells them for like $500. This will make it so that you don't have to modify the new headlight housing to make the old ballasts fit. All of the bulbs fit directly into the new housing, so none of that is needed.
