Default how do i remove this piece? fixing leak

Hi guys

new to the forum.
from Australia and drive an AP1

my car has sprung a leak in the boot, i dont believe its the soft top as i have poured water over this area only and the water seems to make it into the trunk

i have removed all the trims and traced it back to here.

and i believe its under a small joining panel between the soft top and the trunk
see photo

i have removed the screw for it (located in the trunk gutter) but i still cant get this piece out to have a look.

can anyone guide me as to how to remove this piece

much appreciated

There are these wierd clips attached to it. Gently push down and pull out.

I have a set of new ones sitting in front of me from Honda and they have some double sided tape on them. Not sure if they use the double sided tape from the factory, but if they do it may require some spirited pulling.
