I can't seem to get the whole license plate light unit from one bumper to the other. Anyone know how to take it off or anything?

I'm talking about just changing the bulb or anything. I'm talking about transferring that WHOLE unit or housing to the new bumper.

 

2 screws holding the unit to the bumper, unscrew them and push the unit up.

I swapped my AP2 bumper for an AP1 in a restaurant parking lot last summer. You can just grab the light housing and pry it away from the bumper. It will pop off and snap into the other bumper w/o problems. I didn't even have to unplug the light from the car's wiring.
