Unhappy Minor Rear Bumper Damage - Any way to repair without paint?

Was maneuvering in some tight spots and backed lightly into the edge of an open door while watching the front. Want to kick myself; left some scratching that I think will buff out, but the plastic bumper has a slight indent. My go-to dent/body guy says he doesn't have a strategy to repair that kind of dent paintless. Anyone else have any luck tackling similar damage? It's pretty small, but I'm quite bothered with myself for

being so careless.

Grab some rubbing compound from your local store. Scratches should be gone quickly.

Check out the V line from Chemical Guys. V32 + v38 would take care of that right up with minimal effort, besides the dent. You might be able to go under the bumper with your hand or some tools and try to gently nudge it back out.

Worst case scenario, you'll be able to fix everything but the dent by yourself.

If you see primer then no. Polishing works for clear coat scratches.

Maybe heating the bumper up a bit will soften up the material and you can push it out a bit from the inside? As far as the finish goes, I would polish it out with some Meguiars 105 by hand, and potentially use some touch up paint such as the kind from dr color chip.

Thanks for all the help, unfortunately, the few places I've taken it to say that the dent is actually a compression of the plastic, and sanding will be needed to correct the slight depression. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to fix it right away, or try to buff out the scratches and leave the depression for a later date. Bummer.

You will need to heat the indent and reshape it or fill it, PDR is useless in this case. Hope all works out.
