Default My new Wip!

Hi,
Just bought an S2000 always wanted one, loving it! I have an issue with rust on the O/S Quarter Panel. Ive had a quote for repair, cut out, welding and spraying.. about £450
Been looking online and see I can get a whole Quarter Panel for about £200.
Can anyone tell me how easy/hard these are to change? Are they just bolted on or does it require welding..

Many Thanks

Quarter panels are spot welded. For a body shop they're not difficult but they are time consuming = expensive labor.

If you can get away with minor repair to the current one instead of replacing the whole thing, I'd suggest that.

So Booked the car in today for repair on the arch, little bit nervous on how its going to be, time will tell. It looks like Im going to have further problems with the remaining arches in the future so Im going to get these done also.
Has anyone else had any problems with rust?
