Sideways picture was very confusing!

Port side windshielf pillar. I'm no body guy but I'm guessing this could be repaired by filler and paint. Or tape as the windshield frame was originally covered in a black tape and this could be covered by "wrap." Probably have to remove the glass first. Labor will probably be the major expense. The owner should have fixed this via his insurance before advertising the car as all he has to pay is his deductible. Buyer gets to pay the whole bill.

Don't buy it in this condition unless it's priced absurdly low. Dealer should know better.

In that pic it already looks like there is some filler which doesn't seem like a good sign. Like chuck said it would need to be really cheap and I would get it looked at by a body shop that can assess the frame to make sure it is still straight.

Looks like a pry mark, I'd be wondering what else was damaged and fixed on the car. Make your offer based on the cost of repairs in any case and be very thorough in your evaluation of the car.
