Default Quarter Panel Dent

Hey Guys! Are small dents hard to pull on the quarter panel? I backed into a support beam in a parking structure. The damage is some scuffing on the bumper and the metal is pushed in on the fended; right where the bumper meets the fender on the outside of the tail light. Any advice for me fellas? Im on mobile and dont know how to post pictures but i can send them via text if you guys ask!
