quick question about body line crease
i have a quick question about the body crease going from the front of the fender to the rear quarter. I try to search pictures of s2000 quarter panels and get mixed feelings on how my quarter is. the line gets smooth by the gas door and then goes to a crease after and i feel like this was body work but i get the feeling thats how some s2ks are or im wrong. Can anyone tell me if they have the same thing. Here is a picture i found online as for reference it looks like what im talking about

My 06' which I mostly view from the passenger side rear because of the side of garage I park on,also fades to a fairly indistinct spot at the same area you mention. It's how the rear fender flare is stamped out.I looked at mine quite a lot throughout my detailing process after I bought it a couple of months ago. Gotta also be careful on this area and caution against too hard of leaning when cleaning the top or rear window. These late model tin cans bend easily.

its wierd because i saw a 07 s2k parked one day and walked to the car and the crease was there perfect with no fade but then i saw an 03 one day and the crease was faded like mine thats why i asked

Not sure what you're talking about, but If the question is does the body-line fade away at the middle of the quarter panel and then resumes right before the gas door then you're correct.

yes thats what i meant like i though my car had shitty body work done on it previously because all cars follow that crease front the front of the car to the rear and this fades right about the rear quarter panel. thanks for your answer
