Default RE-do Windshield tape

what can be done to re-install the windshield tape? Just curious if there are any ideas as to how you can put it on. I've seen a few black tops being sold on here and it would look weird if i had a black top with red windshield.

Seek out a business that does vinyl wrapping, or you can do it yourself by buying the vinyl online.

You might want to have it painted black to match the top. That might be cheaper and wear better.

^thanks but the thing is i come across BB tops a lot and since i just bought another car i really didnt wanna paint the HT NFR till later on. And since my tape is already off a sticker or vinyl can temporarily fix the problem for now till i cough up the cash to paint the top.

If your just looking for a for now fix, get a can of trim black from auto zone or O'reillys, Paint it black. If you don't want to do that, call Honda a get the kit from them. Or just run by and vinyl shop and ask for some left over black. And wrap it your self. remember it has two seems so you don't need on large piece, just several scrap pieces.

You would have to get a wedge lifting the edge of the molding on both sides, basically need another hand to help. This allows the peice to sit under the molding just like oem spec. So no dont take off the windhshield.
