Default Rear window seal

The seal that holds the soft top to the window has disintegrated and I need to find a new one because rain water collects in the pocket that is open. Has anyone had this issue before? I have been trying to find a part or a repair thread but haven't found anything. I will post some pictures to clarify.

I'm having this same problem. I tried putting E6000 to bond it back and didn't have much luck. Anyone have suggestions? The other side has now busted open and water is leaking bad into my car, need to fix this ASAP.
