I have my fenders rolled and some of the paint on the outer lip/edge is starting to chip. It's bothering me and I know the 'right' thing to do is get the whole fender repainted to match/blend but I'm almost just tempted to have a body shop just fix the area chipping and have them match as best as possible. It's obviously in an area not as noticeable as a door so maybe it won't be so bad.
Anyone have experience or suggestions?
Thanks.

I am thinking that they will charge not as much to repainted the whole fender. But I could be wrong. To me, it sounds like a pain to just touch up if i was a body shop. I think there are mobile guys that do touch ups. Dealers do it all the time.
