As Langelo stated stick with OEM. Nothing beats it. NOTHING. I got mine from HARDTOPGUY back when he was still selling them in "09. I paid $3200 NIB. I drove from New York to Ohio for it.
A buddy of mine has a Mugen and its everything being discussed here- problems. I see OEM tops pop up all the time for 3k -3.3k and these sellers get low balled by lots of lookers without to nickels
to rub together. I paid 5k for a SOS supercharger which I never installed and I got 100 calls with offers for 1.5k WTF!!!!!!!! So, yeah, you don't have to pay 4k, I agree but, that barn find for nothing -
