Another good pic the top portion is part of the frame but radiator mount is not and its welded into place , easily fixable this car int he pic has frame damage tho looks like Torsion (Twisting) all bad , def doesn't hurt to put the car on a frame machine but I can tell from pictures alone.

If the car drove normally, you just noticed it in the hood not closing, etc then I would not worry about it. Far too many people are scared to death of a car that has been repaired after an accident, and those same folks would not know it had happened if it was repaired correctly.
Get it fixed. Drive it. If it does somehow seem "off" you can always sell it and look for another one. You may get less for it since it has accident repair (and if you are honest to the buyer of course ... which should be the case) but you will likely get more than you would selling it as is. So either way, I would let them fix it.

What area are you located in? If you're in South FL I don't mind inspecting it for you for free. I assess cars and inspect for frame damage for a living. The damage looks very minor. It's tough to say without seeing the inside components but I wouldn't think anything is crushed back there. As others have said, the core support is not a structural component. However if you cut out and completely replaced the core support it would be rewelded to the aprons (behind the fenders) and that would be considered frame damage due to non factory welds on the aprons. This however would not hurt the performance of the vehicle, but it would impact resale value. Best option is to bend the core back into shape if it's not too badly damaged.
