Will aka cracknut switched from moton 3 ways to these and said what Moton kinda does in a 3 way Ohlins does in a 2 way. Your motons would be two way adjustable.
I definitely prefer these over KW's, I almost purchased a set of Motons but really like the Internal design of these and not having to drill holes for the reservoirs and mount them was a real plus for me. Also only needing to go to one place to make both adjustments is also convenient. The Ohlins can also be easily converted to 3 or 4 way adjustables and I think it's like 250 each for the parts or something cheap like that.

I would call PSI, they're gonna be your best bet for getting proper springs.
I'm not sure how the roads are in Vancouver, it's been way too long since I've been there and have never tracked up there.
All out track is right around 900lb springs whereas street comfort is going to be around 4-500.
I'm running 700 front and 650 rear with eibach front and rear bars, I really like the ride, I was on 800/700 and that wasn't bad either but I prefer the 700/650 setup although that has yet to be tried on the track. I'm sure it'll be fine though.
