Have you tried a large flat head? Try backing it out first, then screwing it inward.
Worst case you should be able to get a set of ply-grips on the outer edge and pull out as hard as you can without ripping them off while twisting left slightly, that should dislodge the imprinting you did; once set you can try wiggling them a bit. Just dont go tight enough to dig into the metal too far. Too far means bending the metal into past the perpendicular seat where the pads would contact.

Just curious...how do you intend to rebuild it with said parts if you can't make it move in the first place? It will either move or not, if it seriously doesn't you need a new caliper, if it does move it will either work fine or the body will be damaged once again requiring a new caliper. Could be wrong but that is how I see this going.
