Default Brake upgrade

Been having a think about upgrading my brakes after the alloys are on her and I looked at getting a 340mm package or similar... basically a BBK. Then instead of upgrading the rears I was thinking I could just utilise the front brakes and put them on the back... the main issue would be handbrake but if I could get around that would you think it would be an adequate system or just too powerful??

Thanks,

Nick

Definitely do some reading about how bigger calipers are going to impact brake bias and pedal feel. If you plan to keep the stock master cylinder, then bigger calipers will increase pedal travel. Personally, I've never liked the way BBK equipped cars felt to drive. They always seem to feel like there is air in the system.
