Default Camber / Toe / Caster Settings Question

Hey guys,

Quick question here (a pretty newb one at that ). I'm currently running Enkei RPF1 17x9 +45 on 255/40/17 Tires all non staggered. I'm getting an alignment tomorrow and was just curious to see what you guys with similar setups out there are running in regards to settings for Camber, Toe and Caster. I haven't really messed with suspension too much, the car's lowered to about a finger gap on all corners with Buddy Club N+.

Need some help as I am completely clueless on what to ask for If it helps, I daily my S but am wanting to track the car a couple times throughout the year if I can find the time. Any advice/input would be appreciated since I'm lost. Thanks!

Track guys run max caster up front and as much negative camber as they can get (especially if they are running an r compound or hankook RS3).
0 cross camber
0 toe
0 cross caster

max negative rear camber up to the limit of the front value with a total of 3/16 - 7/32 of total toe in; also 0 cross toe

but of course it's a daily driver for that I recommend looking at the oem values or the uk alignment found on robrob's page:
