Default Rear camber adjustment

I'm trying to adjust the camber in the rear of the car. I only tried the driver side rear so far. I loosened the nut on the lower control arm and tried to turn the bolt clockwise for more negative camber( I'm just trying to add very little). The bolt won't budge. Am I doing something wrong? I don't see why it would be this hard. Also the car isn't jacked up or anything. I'm not sure if that matters or not?

It's pretty common for the geo bolts to rust and seize up.
Remove the nut and spray some penetrating rust dissolver and hopefully it will get loose.

I will try that. How hard is it suppose to be to turn the bolt if it wasn't stuck? Can I loosen the nut and try to hit it loose?

Shouldn't be much resistance if the nut is loose.
Sure if you can't get to bolt to turn you could try hitting it, heat would also help.
Might want to let the rust dissolver soak in for a day or so first though.
