Caster wouldn't adjust
Why dont you do a side by side comparison with a ruler, or tape measure, or even some string.
^yea, you could just adjust the caster to be 4.5, but the problem would still be there.
I am at 7.0 caster with -1.5 camber, 0 toe and -2.5 in the rear with .08 toe in the rear. With my staggered setup and a front sway bar, the car is close to neutral.

something bent .. most prolly lower control arm.. take ur lower control arm off and go to a junk yard and compare them..... 99 percent sure ur lower control arms bent simple as that..
thanks man i hope its just a simple arm not something major and stressful lol. well what im a do when i get it back throw it on the alignment rack again and see were my numbers are at
I have a similar issue, Any update? Mine goes a little further though. After about 2 days after an alignment my steering wheel has to be corked to the right a bit for the car to go straight. Was great for 2 days then all of a sudden its off. Messed up toes links? And steering wheel has a weird movement at highway speeds(kinda of back and forth little by little). My wheels are balanced and good(first thing checked).
