Caster wouldn't adjust
I laugh every single time someone has this problem 6/10 times the tech doing your alignment doesn't know that he/she/it has to do a steering sweep and measure caster every single time that adjuster is moved. Also raising your camber decreases max caster, unless you have some aftermarket method of increasing front camber. In any case I wouldn't worry about caster too much, as long as it's between 5-7 degrees all is good, just try to get it as even as you can, in fact a little bit extra on the passenger side is desirable on a street car to prevent you following the drainage camber built into the road.
What do you mean passenger rear wheel is not centered? Centered as in 0 camber 0 toe? Don't do that my friend, you need a little negative camber, and a little bit of toe in in the rear, just make sure your settings are as symmetrical as possible. The best solution is to take it to someone that knows what they're doing. King performance is in Orlando, they can do your alignment properly.
