Considering return to stock suspension

Update. Adjusted the shocks and ride is night and day difference lol. Pulled apart the trunk to find the rears set to full soft, so left those alone. Btw, the left side is a pain thanks to the gas tank pipe..glad it was set soft so I didn't have to mess with it. Adjusted the fronts about 180 from full soft. They were set really close to full firm. Thanks for the input everyone. I can live with it now! Lol.

Every new year they made the s more street friendly, I think 07 shock and springs are the softest.

Generally, rebound has more of an effect on ride quality than compression damping, as rebound controls sprung weight. Too much rebound damping, the car will crash over bumps. Too little, and you get bounciness.
