Default Curbed front wheel. Need alignment?

About a month I ago I went out for a "spirited" drive in the mountains. A crest caught me by surprise and the rear came out and I spun out. While I was sliding backwards, the front left of the car hit an embankment and the left wheel hit a medium-sized rock. It got curbed pretty well and now a month later I feel vibrations in the steering wheel. Checked the suspension components and everything seems fine. Should I perhaps get an alignment done?

Anytime you hit something substantial like that, it's recommended to double check the alignment to make sure it didn't change. Are you getting any cupping on that tire?

It depends on force vector and magnitude. In your case - absolutely.
