Off centre steering wheel (1-2 degrees)
I think my steering wheel is off by a 1-2 degrees from center. The car tracks a bit to the right if I center the wheel.
Does our steering re-calibrate itself?
Is this an alignment issue?
If not an alignment issue, how can this be fixed?

yup, did an alignment after lowering. The suspension settled a bit. Also jacked the car up to install an x-brace. When we lowered the car down, it was tilted the right front a bit to where the steering wheel turned a 1/4 turn, not sure if this pulled the alignment off a bit.
I have to get another alignment any since the suspension settled a bit after lowering.

The steering wheel should be in a slightly different position (angle) with the vehicle on a flat road (usually freeways) and a road with a crown (typically city streets). Also, check the steering "pull" with the wheel released while driving along a straight road.
Definately check the tire pressure first. A 4-5 psi difference from one side to another WILL cause the car to pull to one side with the steering wheel released while driving in a straight line.
Your wheel may be straight (0 angle) with the car on one type of road, but not the other.

I realize the crown on the street and on flat roads but generally it is 1-2 degrees off to the left pardon me. The wheel is turn 1-2 degrees to the right and the car will go straight. I'll update after an alignment.
