Just lowering my car significantly on some BC coilovers and also ordered up some half shaft spacers for just incase. My question is... I don't have any vibration but have the parts in hand, just wondering if I should throw them in anyway? Or would that do more harm than good? Its a 2000 with 57K and maybe 300 miles on the coils.

Install them. If you don't have vibration now, you will sooner or later.

i believe they will just stick out the rims a few more mm(prob 10mm). if it doesnt vibrate now then im sure your camber is way different than before and the axle pits are not being touched. you can always put them in later

I'm not sure exactly how much, but never have the struts bottomed out that I know of. I still have 2 threads in the back and atleast 45 in the front. Is there a point where being too low will effect the spacers roll?

I agree with the advice to throw the spacers on now before you feel vibration. By the time you feel the vibration down the line, it'll mean that your axles have already taken on unneeded abuse. You might get lucky and that won't happen, but why even chance since the spacers are already in shipping.

I don't have my coilovers installed yet, but what is the likelihood of these vibrations you're talking about happening on stock suspension? Any more details on exactly what the vibrations are? How they come on, how they feel, characteristics, etc?
