i raised the front and reset the preload, all good now.
my other issue is that the rear is riding SUPER hard.
i had it on 16/16 stiffness and lowered it down to 7/10 today. it's still riding real harsh. when i set the preload i made the collar snug to the helper spring so the preload is correct.
could it be because the rear is REALLY low?
