HELP! 255/40/R18 Rubbing Issues

Correction on the wheel sizes.

18x8.5 +35 -This for sure is correct.
18x9 -The rears I'm a little less sure about. The available offsets are only +38 and +45.

KW V3's are installed, still rubs, this will only be fixed by changing my tire size. I think I will just go back to 245/40/R18. I dont really want to roll my rear quarters. Pipedream oh well...

Why r u against rolling the rear fenders? It's not a big deal.

I would put my money on 255/35-18s (25", barely more than stock diameter) being LESS likely to rub than 245/40-18s (25.7", nearly an inch taller than stock).
Your rims look more like +45 than +38. 255s should work in back with some negative camber, without rolling fenders.
