I bought an 05 Camry last summer that suffered from this issue too, where no matter how much you bled the brakes, the pedal still sunk to the floor when the car was running. I even went as far as replacing the MC and still no resolution. Was about to throw in the towel, but gave it another stab. Long story short, it turned out the rear Drum brakes were never adjusted when the previous owner worked on the brakes. After I adjusted them, the brake pedal operated as it should and never went back down to the floor.
Now granted we're comparing a Camry and S2000 brake system, but sometimes you have to think outside the box and look back at the obvious once all other options are exhausted. Let us know how it goes..

How much DOT3 fluid do I need to gravity bleed all 4 of my brakes and clutch with clean fluid? (The fluid in the reservoirs is disgusting!) I understand Blue color is no longer able but would be nice to seen the color change.
Any information appreciated.

US Quart = 32 US ounces.
Liter = 33.8 US ounces.
(The Brits have their own measurements roughly 20% bigger than US measurements. Their gallon is bigger than ours.)
And the important measurement: 750 milliliters = 25.4 ounces. You'll see this on bottles at the liquor store.
