Help! Car Doesn’t Feel Right After Coilovers, Wheels, and Tires

That's awesome OP...Guessing you need another alignment though. Wish I could say I hadn't ever done something similar. Like say, putting shock collars wrong way on a miata, ending up with a monster truck miata:

Glad you got it sorted out, OP.
But definitely re-use your OEM nuts. Note that the factory ones have a smooth flange (for a reason). The FA ones are serrated and will tear up your paint really bad.

Lowers back down, and thinks "something doesn't seem right, they gave me the lowering not lift kit by mistake right?!"

I’d like to add a little update.
I’ve been having a weird pop in the front end at low speeds when I roll over small bumps and pulling to the left between shifts. The pops sounded like they were coming from the front sway bar. Well I took it off today and drove around the block and the pop was gone. I remounted the sway bar and re-torqued everything and the pop is now gone.
I also noticed when I took the sway bar off I believe it was installed upside down. I’m not sure if this is possible but I believe it was. It feels like I remember my last S did so I am a happy camper. Heading to LHT in August for some more power!
