Default Help with lowering spring please

I hope this is the right area to post this,

OK its 09-01-11 i installed some Tein S tech lowering springs for my 05 ap2 last night. i did the rear springs frist, super easy went in and out smooth like butter.

but when it got to the front it got a little bit complicated. ok so i compress the spring and replaced it with the teins correctly, putting the top hat correctly where its suppose to be.

ok so when i went to put the whole thing into the car it didnt match up with the holes on top. why is that? i had to adjust the top hat a little bit to make it pop in the holes, this happen on both sides of the front end, another thing the car sets even except for the passenger side its still high i wonder why?

did i so something wrong? the car rides smooth tho and looks very nice.

did you load the bushings when you tightened the upper arms?

i had the same thing with the top hats, there isn't anything to stop them, so i tightened them down and eye balled it on an approx location so it'll go in smoothly

Seems like you just didn't place the top hat correctly onto the spring, you probably had it a few degrees off.
