Hybrid spring setup...F=H&R B=Tein S Tech
Quick summary this fall before winter hibernation of my car, my front p.side tein s tech spring began sagging, about 3/4 of inch lower than drivers side, aka needs to be replaced ( noticed extra bounce etc )
I picked up a used set of H&R sport springs ( progressive ) ( around a 1 inch drop ) with spring rates of F=200 B=314...my tein s techs ( linear ) ( around 1-1.25inch drop ) have a spring rate of F=268 B=330
My original intention was to swap over completely to the H&R springs, but I do auto x my car and I'm a big back road guy. Would it be advantageous to run the rear H&R springs on the front of my car and leave the rear tein s techs on, in theory giving me a spring rate of F=314 B=330
I was having issues with over steer increasing the front end spring rate would help correct that...or should I just swap completely over to H&R springs and call it a day?
Any H&R spring users out there I know your pretty scattered trust me I tried search H&R in the search function it refuses to list anything.

Well, for daily driving, you will like the H&R for the better ride, being a progressive spring.
But for autoX you will miss the linear spring of the S techs.
(I have had both- but on civics, not my S2k)
The Noticeable difference you will feel, will be because of one being linear and one set being progressive.
I liked the h&R spring on the roads, but hated them on the track or autoX. I had h&r's on first, then once I put on the S tech's, the handling improved, specifically in quick snappy turns like autoX and the track.
Something to think about- your preference
(I would sell both sets and buy ground control sleeves)

didn't work tried swapping the rear H&R springs into the front dropped the car down and the wheel gap was big...drove the car down the road went over some bumps came back and didn't change much the back was lower than the front...swapped the front H&R springs into the front and it closed the gap right up...debating on whether or not to swap the rear H&R's with the rear teins?!?
would have a F=200 R=330 spring rate...prob would be best just the swap the rear H&R's in tho
