Lower on one side

Lower on one side
I just had my front and rear control arms replaced a $1,500 fix that didn't even fix the issue its about a inch lower on the passenger side rear. Can anyone tell me my problem?

Could be any number of things. The spring primarily dictates ride height. The spring itself could be broken or damaged. Likewise the spring perch could have something wrong. The shock tower mount could have been bent/moved. Other suspension parts could have been bent/moved a bit. Something could be out of alignment (not just wheels, I'm thinking the subframe), putting added stress/weight on that corner. What do your roll bar end link look like? What happened to your control arms that caused you to need to replace them?

My car was the same and after a corner balance, we found that it's just the way my car was built. My buddy who did the corner balance said it's not too uncommon with Honda's.

Same here my car has a perfect frame and the passenger rear is 1/4" higher than everything else.

Its noticeable and it bothers me. Any way to fix it? I had the control arms replaced because they were worn and age bushing were shot and my mechanic figured that would fix the issue a bit and it did slightly but is still an inch and a half or so from being equal to the other side

Maybe you can re-clock the bushings on that side of the car. Jack the car up by that side with all bolts lightly tightened, jack up that side some more then tighten the bolts.
