i love how all he asked was if ABS works on these new brakes and everyone turned into a questionnaire about if he really knows what he buying and if he is tracking or DD'ing the car. Lets stick the question he is asking and not give him a life lesson.

Thanks everybody!!
and of course its for the track!! ive just never upgraded my brakes before and have had accidents due to lack of ABS. just making sure it would still work
and im planning on going with CE28's +35 17 x 9 for rims.

as stated before, save the money. sounds to me like you havent even driven your car hard yet. invest in some track days with an instructor and THEN figure out whats needed (if anything)

I wouldn't expect this tone from a moderator.

I love my BBK on the street. Much better initial bite (comparing Axxis ULT stock to BBK) without switching to a more aggressive race pad. Much better feel for both brakes and steering (lighter components).

Heres my 2 cents.
Big brake kits are great, as the S2000 brakes are adequate for a street driven sports car, even more so for a convertable you are gonna cruise in. But for a track, the pads are only so big, and the rotors are light, so yes there is definitely room for improvement.
Just to make fact. The ABS system uses a sensor on each wheel, and reads from the ribs on the hub. it works by revolutions of the hub (and consequently the rotor, wheel and tire) so works with any brake, wheel or tire you use.

I think most would agree that money well spent would include the following and would end up costing less or equal to that of BBK.
1. coil overs - PSS9 is great overall
2. upgraded brake fluid
3. upgraded SS brake lines
4. upgraded brake pads (pick your poison here)
5. upgraded rotors...but really stockers work very well for most
6. upgraded tires (any quality Max performance summer tire) TireRack of course
If these upgrades still don't conform to your needs....driving lessons would be next....or maybe for the sake of the public first.
