BBK Question
A couple things:
- I would recommend an actual BBK over take-offs that require work.
- I would not recommend Racing Brake. On top of seeing rotors fail online, I witnessed this a month or so ago at my local track.

With that said, Stoptech and AP racing are extremely good and if you track regularly, they'll pay for themselves. I ended up with a Wilwood kit because I could not pass up the price and it has served me well. The front is their 6-pot setup and the rear is one of their one-off's that uses a 4-pot caliper and a 2-piece rotor. After 6 track days, 2 autoX's and some street miles, I have only used about 20% of the pads.

There are many things that throw off the bias, even with kits that are supposed to "work perfectly with stock rear brakes".
I just use this when I start doing brake upgrades on my cars: http://www.tceperformanceproducts.com/bias-calculator/
