Powerstop / Centric Calipers
Hi all,
after several track sessions my 125k mile calipers are starting to stick. I don't want to rebuild them myself. I wanted to buy remanned OEM but that is a $1k adventure.
I've found that both Powerstop and Centric have affordable remanned Nissin calipers. Has anybody here ever used them?

Yeah at <$150 a caliper that's awesome actually. I might have to pick a set up myself
Fronts: http://www.amazon.com/Centric-141-40.../dp/B000C04KY0
Rear: http://www.amazon.com/Centric-141-40.../dp/B000C06JGC
For a total of <$600, that'd be worth it in my book.
I've rebuild two sets of calipers and the fronts are a PITA to get the piston to reseat past the boot, but Im a very frugal person, so I just rebuild and deal with the frustrations

I've used many different re-man calipers over the years for various cars and always had good luck with them. My latest set is a set of Cardone RX-8 calipers for my rear brakes. They take a used OEM casting, strip it and re-coat, then replace all the hardware with new hardware. The only issue I've ever had was often the threads on the bracket are a bit tight because the coating they put on the caliper, nothing running a bolt through it a few times doesn't fix

Hoping to quickly resurrect as I have a question regarding purchasing of the calipers.
The Amazon link has a caliper for about $100/ea
The CarID link https://www.carid.com/2005-honda-s20...-20356477.html has it for $35-$65/ea
Is that an apples-to-apples comparison, or am I comparing two difference products?
