really? are you guy really going to suggest a 12k and 10k coilover for a guy that wants a tad firmer than stock?
for an inch of drop and 20% firmer rates: get the eibach prokit.
yes it's a coilover(coil over damper) but it's just not height or damper adjustable.
if you feel like the spending a little more money, consider looking into CR damper and custom eibach spring.

I've had BC BRtype, PSS9s and currently KW V3s. The PSS9s were definitely the most comfortable on rough roads. I think they're the perfect street coilover. The KWs can be a bit harsh at times.
Just installed the PSS9 and they are amazing! Very steady and comfortable ride. Setup at medium rebound.
The PSS9's always get good reviews so you cant go wrong. I'm on Fortune Auto 500 series and love them. I have read good reviews and bad on the Buddy Club's and it appears many like them. I spent some time reading threads here and articles on other sites and came to understand that the strut deserves the most attention in suspension talks. There are basically 3 types, progressive, digressive, and linear. I'm not gonna sit here and write a 5 paragraph post to explain but digressive strut is the way to go. PSS9 and Fortune Auto both use digressive as do many of the higher end setups.

I just came back from the track at streets of willow and they handled perfectly fine! Then on the 4 hour drive back home on the crappy streets of LA they handled all the ruts and bumps in that desert of a highway they call the 5. The car to me atleast felt very composed through quick switchbacks and was very neutral with a bias towards oversteer (eibach front and rear sways).
