Default Saner sway bar assistance

Hey guys,

I'm back with more annoying issues in need of help. I recently picked up a used saner bar and tried installing it today. Issue being is that the end of the bar is contacting the external reservoir of my kw v3 coil overs.

Anyone got any ideas?

I know on most shocks, even the brake line bracket has to be bent or removed with a saner bar. Can the shocks be swapped side to side to put the resevoir on the other side? I cant picture the mounting off the top of my head, but that may help? You even have to make sure the endlinks are set up right, as they will even contact the shock body. It is a close fit.

Could chop the sway bar link down both sides a little that may do it ?
could also put some spacers on the link to align better ?
may need to experiment a little.

I'm pretty sure when I had this bar I had to flip the endlink to mount on the aft side of the lower control arm in order to get to the stiffest setting. I also have KWV3.

I will give it another try today. I tried it last time but the endlink was rubbing on the arm (but this is probably because I do not have the large spacer)

If you're using the Saner endlinks the clunking is going to drive you insane. Go on McMaster and make your own set using 3/8-24 rod ends.

It looks like if you replacement the jam nut with one of lower profile you'll be able to clear as is.
