The car is great on my PSS9 and the PSS are brilliant - see this thread: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/952...ys-suspension/

Thank you!

You should try and go to some local meets, see what other people are using and get a quick ride in there cars.
I spent a lot of time reading when I was shopping for a suspension and decided on Fortune Auto 500 series with the 9k fr/rr springs. Digressive struts are the way to go, bilstein and H&R coilovers (along with other higher end brands) use this type of strut, do some research on different strut types and you will understand. For $1,100 I dont (my opinion) think the 500 series can be beat for a daily driver. JB Autosports sells them here on the forum, there is also a thread with a good review. As for the height adjustments along with wheel angles and so on, if you lower the car less than an inch from stock then you should be able to get an alignment without issue but front roll center adjusters would be a great addition to keep the handling true.

Thanks for the Input I think I am going to go with Bilstein everyone seems to rave about them. Do you have any advice on how to get an s2000 back to factory height? I bought my lowered and i want to raise back to where it should be. I am getting way to many rock chips in my hood and I don't want to start replacing the knuckles.
you can get close to factory height with the bilsteins but you will still be a tad bit lower about an inch or so. Its very easy to adjust the height, the coilovers come with spanner wrenches and you can adjust the height by spinning the perches (the black seat that the spring sits on) clockwise or counterclockwise. when you get your desired height you simply lock the perches against eachother. Youll understand it once you see it.

Thanks. I do understand the height adjustment. My concern is the center of gravity. If the car is going to be lower than factory won't i need to replace the knuckles so the wheel sits right?

Thanks. The photo is awesome. Very helpful. I think i am going to go with the Bilsteins next month. Just curious - Are all of them set for max height? Or do each of them need to be adjusted individually so the car sits level?

I think they were adjusted individually, but if you see the Bilstein manual, you can see how to measure (from the bolt at the bottom to the bottom of the spring perch IIRC). Get those equal and all should be fine.

Note, the car on the far left was suffering from some bottoming out problems on England's bumpy country lanes. it also has a big exhaust which doesn't help.
